In 1901, SDU run according to the rules and regulations, setting a precedent for higher education in modern China. Our Alma mater will celebrate its 120th anniversary on 15th October, 2021. In the process of strengthening the school, the care and support from the alumni is particularly important. The college issues a donation initiative to all the alumni.

Majiashan Education Fund, set up by School of MEIE, is a sub-fund of Shandong University Education Fund under the management of Shandong University Education Foundation. Currently, 10 million yuan has been raised. Majiashan Education Fund is an open-end fund that can absorb support and donations from enterprises, social groups and individuals domestic and abroad.

As a reserve fund, Majiashan Education Fund will use annual proceeds for college development. It is mainly used to cultivate and support college student entrepreneurship and training projects and training platforms, staff's scientific research projects and other uses agreed upon in the donation agreement. School of MEIE has established the fund management committee, formulated the management measures to supervise and manage the operation of the fund.
