Australian partners of cooperation programs visit School of Mechanical, Electrical, & Information Engineering

On 13th July, 2021, representatives of Australian partner of SDUWH cooperation programs and Miss Haiyan Kong, the International Office Director of SDUWH, visited School of Mechanical, Electrical, & Information Engineering (MEIE). Li Wang, the dean of MEIE, and vice dean Ruolun Liu met with the guests and chaired a discussion in the meeting room 601 of Zhixing South Building. Relevant professionals attended the meeting as well.

Li Wang welcomed the arrival of visiting partners, introduced the current situation of the school-running joint programs. She said: “School of MEIE and Australian partners have been maintaining friendly cooperation. Long-term development needs to establish perfect communication channels. On the basis of the existing cooperation, we need to develop a broader platform to promote the common development of both sides.” At the meeting, the two sides had in-depth discussions on the agreement renewal,oversea teacher promotion, teaching resources, curriculum setting and docking, teacher exchange, and teaching methods in the cooperation projects, and reached broad consensus.

This symposium further deepened the exchanges and mutual trust between MEIE and the Australian partners. The two sides will further strengthen communication and cooperation, secure improving teaching quality as their mission and striving goal.
